There is some incorrect information on the board one of which is the statement about the current number of shareholders. That info came from a report in 2011. This is now 2013. While the report,2011, was not clear as to whether the shareholders were in common stock or preferred it was most likely referring to preferred. This too is an assumption made after talking to a company representative who was very direct and made no bones about the fact the company is in dire need of financing, but it has a real product and is moving forward. He did say the better place to be is as a preferred stockholder.
