Thanks Homevendor....and look what it says:

An aggressive exploration program is also underway to add substantially to the existing resource base at Bibiani, with recent drilling returning spectacular high-grade results from near mine targets.

I wonder where they are talking about 'near mine targets'?

That is exactly the way the old CEO Wayne Norris described 'Bibiani North Mine'
Wayne Norris, Managing Director (NOBLE) regarding Bibiani North Mine

http://www.brrmedia.com/event/99071/wayne-norris-managing-director
can be heard @ 1:30 – 2:00 on stream

“The Bibiani North is basically to ensure we keep our prospecting Licenses in good standing, and obviously there is a lot of history around Bibiani North as well. It’s an old mine from 1907-1908 period, that has had no real modern exploration done on it.
We’ve in field drilled that and it is a requirement to keep the tenure in good standing, but some excellent results from that, and certainly higher grades than we expected there, but historically it was a high grade underground mine.

ALSO> Waiting for news to see if they converted the 'North Bibiani Prospecting License' into a 'Mine Lease' like they said they were going to do by end of March 2013.

From NOBLE Re: Bibiani North PL

The Bibiani North conversion from a Prospecting License (PL) to a Mining License (ML) is in progress-with preliminary resource modeling and optimizations completed. The conversion is expected to be completed in the March 2013 quarter.

Quote from New NOBLE December 2012 Quarterly Activities Report
NOBLE is definitely moving forward.

I think the NOBLE Q 1 is due at the end of April
