To convert the certificate, you will likely do best by finding a local broker that you can meet with face to face. Online brokers such as Scottrade, TD Ameritrade, etc. are branching out quite a bit so you may have one nearby. Start a new account and be sure that the new account matches the name exactly as it is on the certificate. It could take a couple of weeks before it is liquid.

Regarding the volume, V hit the mark. We need marketing, partners with floor space, a few tweeks to the web presence (cringe) and audited results.
