GERS is not looking good at the moment, but the situation will turnaround. Dilution hasn't stopped is not a good sign, but that's the only way to get the company going to win the litigation one day besides financing. I believe GERS is not capable of getting new financing due to its current standing in the market, but it will be capable of getting better financing when more positive court rulings are coming its way shortly in the future which will result in more customers signing to use it's technology. I decide to wait it out. I'll be either an idiot or an optimist winner
