Why? Becasue they figure old timers are now gone, and more money can be sucked from new victims. Nothing has changed. If you have No product, You have No Company.

Starting a hype based "party" promotions company in Hollywood is a crowded market. Others have been doing it for years,,, and paying their bills etc. Even in Hollywood - your record follows you.
