Cash Flow Positive by Year End

Opens all kinds of doors when you go cash flow positive, no problem servicing a few million in new conventional financing, and yes share buy back will be part of the program if the price is anywhere below 30 cents. It takes very little cash to do a share buy back when you have an agent trading the stock in your behalf, they will be buying and selling at various prices and times.
