I agree 1000%. . . reverse splits in reality accomplish/change nothing.

I've watched many a company do the reverse split 'thing' in an attempt to have a PPS that looks 'better' or was part of an effort to push up PPS for listing requirements on certain exchanges/move up the OTC ladder.

That logic, alone, ends up in failure every time. . . the only way to push up PPS, is to clean up the problems and get sales > revenues > profits in to the financial pipeline. Anything else is gimmicky and hurts share holders overall.
