ITEM 5.02 APOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR and OFFICER

Effective June 29, 2012, the Board of Directors appointed Myron Smith and Roger Story as Directors. Mr. Smith has also been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Has anyone heard anything from these guy or what? If I remember correctly some kind of deal with ADRN was done. Is it curtain time or what?
