The hold period expired on Monday (yes I was aware of that) but the placement shares were at 10 and 11cents.
So like I said if you are an insider and think a deal is happening soon why sell?
Also where is the profit selling at these prices if you took placement stock?
Lumber have you heard anything in the last few days regards "lawyers" "paperwork" etc etc
