Stock Buy Back possible this year

Management has commented that if they can obtain traditional financing later in the year they are considering an aggressive stock buy back program. Even a buy back program for $200k would have a major effect on the share price as the company would be in the market supporting the stock on pull backs as well as reducing the shares outstanding.
