I'm curious to know more about this guy who sues OTC companies.. If he's got a short position, could he not just say, well of course I shorted this company, you know because it's junk and a scam.. It seems like his lawsuit would go right along with his opinion of the company, no??

You're saying that before he opens a short position he has inside knowledge in that he knows before hand that filing suit could adversely affect the stock price? Is that what's illegal about it?



Sorry if that is a stupid question- I'm still learning.

PS: I love that you say compendium and excoriating and things like that
