There is always a chance of postponement.While this won't( IMO) affect the long term PPS,it does carry the possibility that some may sell and a short term drop in PPS could happen.I say short term,because I believe there are enough sharp traders around here to take advantage of any delay.I,myself would look at it as a buying opportunity,for instance,so I'm not that concerned about it.CCRY
