Company is DOA. No activity for months. No filings. Nothing at all. Many here have called and gotten the answering machine. No replies - EVER. No response to emails either.

If you do not own this stock - do not buy it! You'll be able to buy, but you'll not be able to sell them. Take it from a shareholder with 1mm shares.
