Good Morning Patsy-BB and all - buying FBNIE

I have been accumulating this as it has dropped over the last week, jumped the gun a little too early. But now that the E is here, my gut feel tells me it will bottom today. Same feeling I got with NRES down under .004 a month ago.

You have all been doing some fantastic trading, these Nasdaq bouncers you have been playing has looks like it has done extremely well for everyone. Not being active trading during the days, I have not participated as I don't have the flexibility to exit quickly. So I have stuck to my normal strategy of buying low and waiting for a run and selling into it.

I know BB is not into sub-pennies or the OTCBB right now in general. But I think at this level there is some money to be made here.

My reasons are based on 4 thoughts.

1) The late filing is a yearly which requires an audit. Hopefully this is the reason for the delay. Obviously the key to this stock price recovering is an audited 10K being filed. This is the principle short-term risk to putting money here. I think this will get done so I am loading up. Other more sane people may wait and check for filings.

2) They have filed 18 times this year with the SEC (Mostly insider trading or dilution for cash). To me this
shows intent to keep filing as they have been staying up to date with most of these filings.

3) Finally, insider trading shows Howard Stern (NOT the Howard radio Stern) has been buying
shares up through Mid-March. Could be a giant headfake as 10 Million shares total of FBNI is only
worth around $50,000 right now, but it leads one to believe the intent is not for the price to tank.

Insider trading is found at:

4) The Market cap at the current price looks to be about $700,000-$800,000 based on what I estimate to be about 180 million O/S due to the dilution. If even a fraction of what they say they are doing is legit, the filing will draw enough
money to shoot this back up for a run . Yes there hasnt been much volume with the OTCBB, but it doesnt take all that actual money to shoot up a stock with a low market cap.

Thats it, take it for what its worth.

Enjoy the thread,

Mack
