I am long with over a milly shares, but I have to play devil's advocate.

The fins don't look professional, don't prove income has been collected, don't give any details as to what SK3 actually "does", and just feel sketchy overall. Why a company that just made 5 million in a few weeks can't be bothered to spellcheck, edit or notarize their financials and filings is beyond me.

The CE hasn't been removed because we haven't submitted an attorney letter. Why haven't we? It's been over a month that skull and crossbones has been a blemish on our stock ticker. Unacceptable given our team.

The backing of Gavin Newsom is beyond huge, and very exciting. I'm pretty sure the company's on the level, but I feel our public relations and filings have been extremely halfassed, for no justifiable reason. I can only hope they are making huge moves and have their sights set so high that the above noted issues seem like petty formalities to management.
