True that I HOPE to catch it quicker, but I have many other things going on in the day and I may not be able to do so. PACER doesn't refresh like IHUB, or FB. I actually have to repeat running the query. What I do is set PPS alerts on my program that will pop up and tell me the PPS is moving. IF I'm at my puter, as that doesn't work on my iPhone, I get popup alerts with bells and whistles when the PPS hits a mark I have set in there. IF I'm at my computer, then I can immediately check PACER and see if there is something there making the PPS move, one way or the other. IF I'm at my computer, and the move is because of a filing, I can move on it within a minute. I keep a market buy sitting, and ready, to hit the button on VRNG all the time, AT MY COMPUTER. I also have a market buy plugged into my iPhone during the day, but won't hit it until I see what I need to see, which takes considerably longer from the iPhone. I'm fairly safe, IF I'M BY MY PUTER. If not, I could miss a good part of the pop.

The M to Compel Motion is not the BIG catalyst here. The BIG pop, in my mind, is the RR. The M to Compel is a flip. I think the PPS springs North, and then it'll get taken down again before a RR ruling. I will be IN for the RR ruling. I don't see a big downside there regardless what it is, which might also be in error. I'm willing to gamble on that.

Hell, I have no belief that I know ANYTHING more than ANYONE else in how to play this stock. I'm simply trading within the tolerances that I have established IN MY OWN MIND. Doesn't mean they're right for anyone but ME. I do NOT tell ANYONE how to trade. I'm not here to pump VRNG, and certainly not here to bash it. I enjoy spouting off bullshit, and sharing a little info that might be valuable to someone. Whether someone gets in, out, doesn't matter to me. I've seen people stupid enough to take out home equity loans, and loose their houses, because they believed on a play so much, and I've seen people that made a killing by hitting things at the right time. My trading tolerance is very low, so I can't profess to have done neither. I've made proportional killings on plays, but I wasn't loaded like I was on VRNG. I exited around $3.10. That, thus far, was still a good move for me.

DON'T FOLLOW ME! I know nothing more than anyone else! I learn something on EVERY SINGLE PLAY, and I TRY not to forget it! When I do, I pay the consequences, just like any other trader.

VRNG has WONDERFUL potential. It's NOT some stinky pink, or OTC stock. They won a verdict from the jury, and after all the postverdict maturations are done, it will be a super trade. I "might" hit it just right, but may not. Depends on when I put my money back in the machine. IF the numbers match up for me, it could be an awesome play. IF not, I hope to catch a piece of it, or avoid a downside the gives me a better entry.

Just my .02, FWIW, IMO, BS, and all that.

I am not a broker and profess to know nothing about trading stocks. Do your own DD. Buy, don't buy...sell, or don't sell at your own risk.
