I can't even begin to speculate what the PPS may be after the 6 mth waiting period between your first registered share being converted to commons and the ability to register/convert another (which would also make you ineligible for any dividends in the future)... I am just focusing my attention on the preferred shares we are privy to and the potential that awaits anyone who registers/converts and sells when that time comes. I have attended multiple conference calls with Jay and he has been nothing but professional, helpful and informative.
