As far as ozs being reflected in this report? Yes
But maybe someone smarter than I can chime in, FOR EXAMPLE if a major reviews the detailed report and sees that say if it wasn't for technical spacing issue likely would be 1.5-2M ounces. Would they not reasonably assume such?
