Recieved conformation from the Restricted Share dept at my brokerage that the Pershing attorney $300.00 opinion fee is going to be waived. Thanks to all of us that pitched our fit and let the Company know our feelings about it. It looks like The only fees as of now that I have found is the $20 stock breakout fee and a special $25 trading fee and the normal trade fee. Keep in mind if you don't sell withen 6 months some Brokerages may charge a Custodial fee. That's how my situation seems to be playing out at this time. GLTE
