Assuming the absolute worst and the whole thing is an utter failure, stock price drops to $0.01.

Even in the absolute worst case the SP would not be worth $0.01 !! Why?

Cash on hand ~ $25 MM
Outstanding shares - 137 MM

SP based on cash on hand ~ $0.18

Add in whatever value you want to give for AVID - $0.05 ; $0.10 ; $0.25......???

so the lowest, lowest, worst case it would still be worth north of a quarter (>$0.25)....

Potential for upside....depends how long you plan to hold

3 months > $5
3 years > $50
