Nice try but that's not how it works lol. In lay man's terms any company who promotes sale of their stock through 3rd party companies in order to sell shares is liable under the law irregardless of your decision to engage them or not. still illegal, still can be charged and prosecuted and have to poney up millions of dollars to all affected. You watch.. this time next year a lot of these promoters are going to be scared off with the lawsuits and jail time. The only one left standing will be APS .
