Skrilldavy, you are right in general, BUT, OCTX has proved that it has assets and they are growing their Engineering team (hiring drilling engineers in addition to the Geologists). Read the report on their assets.
On your comment on promotion - they are just doing whatever they can do to make their name heard in the industry. Just read all their promotions and you will see them talking about their assets and plan forward (most of the time if not all the time) but not making false promises. As you said Scamers just concentrate on their share price as they don't have anything to promote. As far as OCTX is concerned, they have proven assets and their promotion just helps you to grow your hard earned money if you own their shares

If you are not satisfied with my answer, just think of it - there is no promotion or PR today - Why do you think the price moved up by 23% - As I mentioned in my previous post, you will see the reality when there are no market emotions (NO BULLS, NO BEARS, NO PR's).
