Don't feel too bad. A lot of us believed these liars. As a Christian, I thought Dexter was at the very least, credible. We saw how that ended up. I sold all my shares last year...most around .0004. I wrote it all off against other gains. You can just call your broker and get rid of the shares. You don't have to wait for bk, but in case you're not aware, you can only write off 3k for the year and I think you can do that up to something like 12 years (if you lost that much). If you have gains for the year in other stocks, you can offset those gains with Lbwr losses, but again, you can't declare more than a total 3k loss for the tax year.

I still visit this board now and again and just so happened to tune in today. I've yet to find a penny stock that's legit....so Dexter isn't alone.
