That would be true "IF" an executive vice president was really the same thing as a director, which it is not. That's like accusing the chief of police of being a senator, and when he denies it, calling him a liar. Those two positions are completely different and have completely different responsibilities, profiles and pay packages.

Not just mincing words here either -- because if I remember correctly, the whole point of bringing this up was to somehow make Capt. Billy jointly responsible for every bad decision and alleged scam that might have taken place at Deep Blue. Despite his very consistent protests that he never had anything to do with fund raising, investment decisions, etc... He's only ever claimed to be the guy who fuels up the boat, gets supplies, keeps the crew safe, and directs the treasure hunting operation. That's what a VP of Operations does. I'm just sayin...
