Yup, that's my take too. Today's news seemed like kind of filler news. I think people were expecting the news to be financing completed, but it sounds like they still need to dot a few i's first.

That's fine. I'm not sweatin' it. The company has kept us updated every week, and it's clear that the wheels are in motion. Unless that changes, this still feels like a solid play to me.
