Analyze the product, the company and the market.

Their phones run the most hated O.S. and there are less apps for the Microsoft platform. Also the most hacket O.S. in the sector.

The company is bleeding money and had it’s worst quarter … ever.

The market is saturated with handset makers – there is no need for Nokia to exist, Samsung is beating them in their own backyard. Nokia does not have anything that others don’t.
