NO Miovo1, that's not it at all.

I have no interest in a company with a share structure like this one.

Good luck thou. I have plenty of other ones I am looking to invest in.

I just believe that the obvious needs to be pointed out to investor that don't understand. I wish I had learned from someone before. As I lost a ton of money in penny stocks that diluted and diluted and then the inevitable happened!
