As far as I can determine from the CCAA monitor reports Hollister was requesting an extension to loans from the bank and asking its creditors to wave payments for a term...the creditors did not grant the terms which forced the bank to extend the loans only if the company initiated chapter 11 filings...no mystery here folks Rodeo Creek went bankrupt simple as that. You don't pay your mortgage you better file bankruptcy. Is there a different way to go bankrupt so you help an auction...I agree with you finbar...but I am still hoping we sell Burnstone and manage to keep Hollister.
