I actually meant in the sense that i feel they will justify no/low profits by saying the reason is because they are "expanding" and partnering with a marketing company, and this and that and blah blah blah...

The fact that they gave someone stock to take them public vs just paying them cash is the telling sign for me. Anyhow, I could be wrong and have been wrong before. I guess we'll see.
