You will only be able to convert 1 preferred security back into 100,000 commons at $2.50 each.

What you will be able to do with the remainder of your preferred shares is unknown at this time.

My question is, did you get preferred shares according to the current market price, or the price you originally paid for your shares? If it's the current market price, and people hold off on sending in the info, then it may be worth a whole lot less in 1 or 2 weeks.
