IPOS$....FYI, I have learned a lot with investing in penny stocks. It's a rough lesson to learn but it's unfortunate that a company (and I am speaking generally on all penny stocks)can dilute, thus causing an investor to lose his intital value. Although, sometimes it's needed to the company, it's at the expense of an existing shareholder. Sad but true. And it's done without them knowing. Most times, you'll never know the up to date share structure. This is the problem, I have with it.

Now, I don't know for sure this is the case here but, USUALLY when a company has good news and the price falls, it is the case. IMHO.
