My recent email to BOPT 4/22/13

Not sure why a total scam artist would try and even save face at this point. I'm certainly not holding out any type of hope this is worth a damn once/if trading resumes. I spent some time this week researching their statement noted below "Since the shares are not being traded, they automatically go to the grey sheet markets."

I certainly can't find any documentation proving this to be a true or false statement? anyone? Also I can only find one other U3 halt of recent times. pretty funny how SMA hit the road but the company still responds to emails?

We do not have a return to trading time from FINRA yet, however, our attorneys have been in contact with FINRA and are working to get this all sorted out.

Thank you for your response. When will the Halt be lifted? What is the company doing to proactively assist shareholders in recovering from this horrible situation?

The Company has been taking a proactive stance and has been in direct contact with FINRA regarding short activities and solutions to protect shareholder value.
The halt was conducted under FINRA Rule U3 - Trading Halt - Extraordinary Events - Trading is halted due to FINRA’s determination that an extraordinary event has occurred or is ongoing that has had a material effect on the market for the OTC Equity Security or has caused or has the potential to cause major disruption to the marketplace and/or significant uncertainty in the settlement and clearance process.
Since the shares are not being traded, they automatically go to the grey sheet markets. The Company is working to ensure that normal trading on the OTCQB resumes as quickly as possible.
The Company maintains that the recent market activity has been a coordinated effort to short the common stock. As such, attorneys for the Company have spoken with representatives from FINRA and are supplying them with documentation regarding the trading activity in an effort to see an immediately lift of the trading halt.
The Company is working as quickly and as diligently as possible, keeping the interests of its shareholders as a core concern.
Please note that the 10K was for the period ended December 31 2012 before any of the new transactions took place.
As soon as we have an update, we will issue a news release.

To Whom it may concern:

Good afternoon, I have spent the majority of this past week deeply concerned about the status of your company given the events that took place during this time.

Will the company make a statement as to why FINRA & SEC have halted trading of your company? Does the company plan to communicate to shareholders why the security had a change of venue for trading?

Is there a reason the company would have released positive news for the entire week prior to 4/19 and then file a 10-K form showing the company has zero assets? The way this company has handled the series of events over the course of the past week is questionable at best, how can the six month avg price per share fall from .35 to .04 in just four days time?

There are many concerned investors who seek answers as to what is going on within your company. I am certainly one of those people.

Thanks,
