It's particularly sad to see them withhold the details of the LDM deal. There's no NDA there. Such BS. One can only infer self-dealing again.

The JJ question in the QA was particularly revealing. I think it signaled that Greg and Les are fed up with JJ. I think it was intended to embarass JJ and let him know that he is dealing with a lot of disgruntled shareholders.
