Hi BK!

Great to see you to. I'm invested in the preferred shares FMCKL and a small (very small) smattering of FNMAS.

Twenty recommended these to me a while back, and I haven't been disappointed.

Funny, though, going from a BK court to the Gov't holding all the cards. I like the preferred shares, since they have seniority in the event of a possible liquidation and we're first in line if there is any re-org process.

I've been looking at the commons to some degree, but I'm a bit gun shy after our mutual WAMUQ experience.

There is a bit of a pullback/consolidation going on, and the next rounds of earnings reports should be out early next month... could be another leg up or it could already be baked in.

I'm no good at market timing : ).
