Notice the "believes" part, and the "settled out of court" part. Medbox is a joke and will be beat out by the competition, most likely Joes Dispense Labs. There is no patent saying only the owner of Medbox can sell medical marijuana out of his boxes. That is just plain ignorant to say/believe. How many different candy machines do you see selling the same candy, only to be different vendors? How about soda machines? How about other types of vending?

Medbox couldn't even get a single booth or machine at the Cannabis Cup while Joes machines were featured in three booths including Dixies.
