Could it be coincidence that Solomon mentioned that they could raise 20 MUSD in debt (about 10 % debt/equity) when they already have issued shares for about 6 MUSD so far this year.

It sure sums up nicely and if so, the equity financing and dumping would be long gone when the remaining sellers are done.
