The thing that keeps me going is the NASDQ uplisting right now, I seriously doubt that the management would go through all the trouble if they didn't think the PPS would be higher soon. To remain listed the PPS should be minimum $2 right? And for management to go to Europe and try solicit investors I firmly believe they wouldn't have done that thinking there MIGHT be a possibility of judge dragging his feet and allowing GOOG an extension. I don't know, just thinking out loud, sitting here and waiting for this 935 Pacer to come out.
