It's ALWAYS been a pump and dump

Just because there hasn't been email blasts does not mean the PPS hasn't been artificially inflated and volume increased by less than straightforward PRs and filings for the purpose of selling shares

Is it a coincidence scammer Steve dumped over 5mm shares at the height of last summers run?
