It's possible but I doubt it. YA has too sweet a deal. GERS will follow their MO and go through their 7th reverse split. Whatever income GERS has will go towards lawsuits and the investors will pay the price for GERS toxic financing deal with YA Global. 64M shares dumped on investors last quarter. Rinse and repeat.
