VFIN always does that Fake block

As soon as a hundred thousand get purchased they run for the hills and take another short position higher up. They are probably responsible for the continual 10k share dumps to the Bid that we keep seeing. Those are $30 trades makes no sense for normal sellers or buyers for that matter.
