Can you provide a copy of the contract?

as for the cost to crayola to ship it to jbi for free? i don't care if it cost crayola $5000 per pound.

Do you have facts to support who is paying the shipping... or are you simply assuming that Crayola is without any facts other than your assumption?

small boxes? says who? that sounds just as false as the 'jbi pays for shipping' rumor.

cardboard boxes. not shoe boxes LMAO!

The larger the box, the higher the shipping cost, and the greater the resource use.

in fact, it begs the question. if crayola is willing to lose money to help jbi out---what else is coming? who else is going to help? and who is going to open his wallet doing so?

So this means that you are drawing a conclusion that Crayola is doing this out of the kindness of their heart? Is that what jbi's future is based on is the 'help' of others to turn a profit? That's a far cry from the company's promoted premise of mining FREE plastic from landfills. Especially since there are plenty of non-profit and recycling programs already in place for used crayons and markers.

A negative environmental impact program is a death sentence to a process that is touted as beneficial.

It is just a matter of time that public scrutiny catches up with a negative impact 'fleecing'. There are plenty of reporters, scientists and 'powers that be' that would savor the opportunity to expose a negative program... especially if there is a profit derived at the expense of someone's goodwill.
