Call it what you wish,
The problem still remains that the basis for the company was to divert plastic waste from going into a landfill…
and doing it under the misrepresented concept of FREE feedstock…
never disclosing the true costs involved…
with the overinflated result- the promise of extremely high returns…
again not providing realistic assessment of negative financial variables…
all based on the revolutionary catalyst being the key to differentiate this from all other past failures in demonstrating commercial viability of the same process.
This was all touted as being an environmental advantage…
Remove FREE garbage from the waste stream and turn it into fuel for a significant profit.
When you take the basis and promotion that was used…
to sell share of stock in order to fund the work…
and you get people excited about solutions
and large profits…
and positive impact on the environment…
The company has promoted a grand and lofty false expectation.
Ever so slowly the truth is revealed.
This overinflated misrepresentation is being demonstrated to be significantly deficient on a daily basis.
The fact is that the undisclosed, financial and environmental costs are more than the value of the end result.
The reality is quite different than the basis that was hatched to promote the sale of stock.
Most would call this misguidance, misrepresentation, fraud… or a scam.
