Augieboo and other IPP bugs........

You are probably aware that I think thre is good money to be made with these guys. IPP's to me are like Gold to Basserdan. I see great value here as most are trading well below book value and several are sporting very atrractive PE's. Many are also reducing debt substantially. Debt has always been an issue with these guys and was expected. However, with this debt comes some strong income producing properties that are selling a product that we all use and will be required in the future. GOOD LTBH IMO at this level.
