Battle the DOJ ???? Really !!! No charges were ever laid against ERHC, it was all just a part of their trying to build a case against Jefferson. Its not possible to build a defense against charges that were never laid.

Also anyone who thinks that OFFOR didn't get his share of the $48 million is only kidding themselves !
