As a current franchise owner, I know that creating a franchise from scratch takes time! Lots of I's and T's involved before they can send out PR's. JB looks like a very detailed and driven individual so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

Rain had a good post yesterday that may explain what's currently going on.
