im in for at least a year if not more.Its not to often one can get in on the ground floor and find a diamond in the mud and to me this completely explains the puzzling action for over a month now.HISC was going to .10 on a regular basis until the middle of October and then the CMF fell through the floor as well as the william% and the RSI.We knew longs weren't selling and we knew getting to .50 a share would mean a couple of huge contract announcements...that hasn't happened yet so it makes more sense to think that Frank is selling stock to gather money for actsoft and i think Tom is okay with that.I would imagine he would take some of that money and buy shares at this level.Regardless the uplist and eveything else is being moved off till later so this can be finished.Its great long term but short term it will kill daytraders and momentum traders hoping to make a quick turn and that not bad it cleans up the barn.
