Hmmm, wonder what the words "both sides" means then in that sentence:

The formal timeline extensions will enable the conclusion of administrative and other obligations on both sides (including the setting up of a management committee for the exploration) that are a pre-requisite to the effective execution of ERHC’s PSC commitments.

In any case, the 10-Q covered the quarter ending 12/31/2012, so how do you know what payments have/have not been made since? And do you know the exact date the $4 million was/is due, as in month/day/year?
