I guess so. Americans are being KILLED by 'evil Americans all across this country and he didn't help one darn bit ..he wasn't good at anything .. except ... not knowing what he was doing .. and because of that .. we are STILL suffering EVIL consequences..both domestic and global. The whole world celebrated when he was gone!

And he let the assault weapons ban elapse .. wasn't that it?
