You are so correct. He puts deals together to sell large amounts of stock,just the way he was trained at the big penny house. I think that he might be seeing this as a real co. He can do the convertables,sell stock and maybe bring in some ad revs. The problem he has is that he doesn't know how to run a TV network. I think he has to R/S this thing to get the price up or it will dry up and blow away. My guess is sooner than later. Like summer.
