I am under the impression that this is the first time in history for CPSZ to release audited financial statements.

Prior to this CPSZ claims to release unaudited financial statements. Take a look at this article from 2012:

I feel that the company is placing a tremendous amount of effort on their expansion and brand and will take care of their shareholders later. We will most likely see the financial statements towards the end of June.
